Hello, my name is Jessica and I am a working mother of 2. My eldest child is Joseph who is 9 and my baby is Daisy who is 4. I am having a hard time paying my bills. I do not know where to turn. I work at a local retail store where I am only make minimum wage and my boss will not give me more than 17 hours a week. That is not enough to take care of my bills and kids too. I have contacted my local social services and they are all out of funding for light and water bills.My water bill is already a month behind and is going to be shut off this month if I can not pay atleast the past due amount.I do have a job I am not the type of person who does nothing and is looking for a hand out, I am just a mother doing my very best to make it in this tough world. I am so lucky that I have a good person to watch my kids while I work and does not charge me for it, and I am also lucky to have a car that is reliable and is paid off. 4 years ago I was in a bad car wreck and I broke my neck, after that I tried and tried to get disability but I was denied over and over again. I gave up and got a job even though I still live with a cronic pain disorder I get up and I am ALWAYS at work on time and I NEVER miss a day that I am supposed to be there. I can not afford to stay home even on my worst days. I am looking for somebody who is willing and most importantly able to help me. I am praying that God blesses me with this. I have alot of faith in him to provide for me and my kids. God knows I do my very best so I believe he will answer my prayers.
